The location of Molinivilla combines seclusion and privacy with a fast and easy access to super markets, Health Center, pharmacies, banks as well as restaurants, taverns, bars and cafes within 5 minutes.

LOCATION

Sithonia and especially the village of Nikiti Chalkidikis has a wide variety of entertainment venues and restaurants, meeting all the requirements. Bar, restaurants, open air cinema, cafes and playgrounds, most of them are beside the sea.

Apart from swimming and sunbathing at the beaches you can also do water sports such as windsurfing and water skiing. The Itamos hill and the area Psaria are ideal for hiking and biking.

In addition, Nikiti offers a wide variety of sightseeing. Start your tour from the Old town of Nikiti, visit the Church of St. Nikita, the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin and the Early Christian Basilica of Sophronius. From the port of Panagias Bay you can catch a boat going to Ag.Oros and Ouranoupoli.

Molino villa is comprised of 5 luxurious, fully equipped maisonettes, ready to cater for all your needs.

Each maisonette consists of two bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, a spacious patio and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the fantastic garden. The cosy kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals.

The maisonettes have been designed by professional experts in shades of white, grey and light blue, offering a sense of luxury and comfort to the space.

OUTDOORS

The lush garden of 3 acres is a unique asset for Molino villa. Elegant, well cared, full of palm trees, pomegranate trees as well as laurel trees, gives the ability to the guests to enjoy the day sunbathing or playing games during the appropriate hours. In the evenings, it is ideal for relaxation with the company of a book or for a drink with friends, under the distinctive lighting. The barbeque and the big pergola create a unique space for a meal with the family or friends, or long conversations drinking coffee. The exterior shower unit is a great convenience as you can have a quick shower after swimming. Last but not least is the playground which offers carefree moments full of joy to your precious little princes and princesses. Finally, the white enclosure is followed by natural fencing of evergreen trees, which offers privacy.
